FAQ
About
What do we mean by Impact-led?
Unknown to global consumers, Africa has been sharing it’s resources globally, as it’s ingredients are often imported from small scale suppliers to the West, processed, packaged and sold. However, this legacy supply chain dynamic has left local African communities, and tribe’s people behind and in poverty.
At the forefront, Nadra Safiri is impact first, working exclusively with highly-skilled generational African artisans, with a vast amount of experience passed on from generation to generation. Nadra Safiri works by forging relationships with small independent farmers and indigenous tribes to ensure the ingredients are ethically and sustainably produced. In addition, 10% of profits go towards supporting the artisans, farmers, distillers in our supply chain.
This funding / support is used to invest and grow their business and support their families.
What do we mean by Sustainability?
First, all resources must be sustainably sourced i.e., at fair prices and not through exploitative practices.
Sustainable also means the way in which the ingredients are produced/cultivated are not harmful to the environment.

How to Use Guide
How to use our Reed Diffusers
Our Reed Diffusers are designed to provide the ultimate luxury and value. Every diffuser comes with a large 200ml signature fragrance oil blend, a beautiful handcrafted clay decanter and 20 reed sticks.
Unbox and unscrew the cap of the 200ml glass bottle containing the fragrance oil.
Gently pour some of the fragrance oil into the decanter with caution so as to avoid spilling.
Pour 20ml, 50ml or a 100ml into the decanter for use in a part of your space such as the bathroom or the bedroom whilst the remainder (in the glass) can be used in another part of your space such as your living room or study.
Insert 10-12 reed sticks into the the glass and the remainder into the decanter. The more sticks you use, the more intense the scent.
Flip the reed sticks after the first 24 hours.
Sit back and relax as the reed sticks absorb the complex aroma, diffusing the fragrance throughout your space.
For a strong scent experience, flip the reed sticks daily or weekly. For a subtle scent experience, flip the reed sticks less often.
How to use our Essential Oils
Our essential oil blends are 100% pure, natural, vegan, cruelty-free and formulated using organic and wild-crafted essential oils.
Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts from stems of plants, flowers, leaves and aged aromatic woods. The oils are extracted typically through steam distillation and have been used for centuries to enhance both psychological and physical wellbeing.
Directions: Unbox and unscrew the cap of your new essential oil.
Uses:
Inhalation: Essential oils work excellently well in diffusers, humidifiers and oil burners. It can also be simply inhaled for its exotic scent and relaxing properties when the stress of the day kicks in. For a small diffuser, add 6 drops. For a medium sized diffuser, add 8 drops and for a large diffuser, add 10-12 drops. A little goes a long way.
Bath: To create an aromatic, therapeutic bath, add 3-12 drops in 15 ml of carrier oil. Stir the bath to help circulate the oils before getting in.
Skin: Add 12-18 drops per 1 ounce or 30ml of carrier oil and apply to pressure points such as neck, chest, inner elbow, wrist, temples and behind the ears. Our essential oils can also be used in massage oils, creams, and DIY recipes. For sensitive parts of the skin, (face, underarms, or for people who have sensitive skin), please add 3-6 drops per 1 ounce or 30ml of carrier oil.
We recommend doing a patch test before using any carrier or essential oil on skin. Keep out of reach of children.
